Thank you for choosing Elise’s Bloom Studio! Every arrangement is handcrafted with care and created especially for you. Please review the following policies and flower care information before placing your order.

Ordering

All bouquets and floral arrangements are made to order.

Please submit an inquiry through the Get in Touch form to begin your order. Once your inquiry is received, I will contact you to confirm the details, discuss pricing, answer any questions, and finalize your order.

Orders are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

By placing an order with Elise’s Bloom Studio, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the policies listed on this page.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders.

Deposits secure your order, reserve your pickup or delivery date, and help cover the cost of flowers, supplies, and materials purchased specifically for your arrangement.

If an order is canceled by the customer, the deposit will not be refunded.

Order Changes

Minor changes may be accepted if requested early enough in the design process.

Once flowers, supplies, or materials have been purchased or production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Requests for significant design changes after work has started may be declined or may require an additional fee.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are accepted based on availability.

Orders requested with short notice may be subject to an additional rush fee.

Submitting a rush-order request does not guarantee availability. Your order is only confirmed once the details have been approved and the required payment or deposit has been received.

Payments

The remaining balance is due before pickup or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise discussed.

Orders may not be released until the full balance has been paid.

Pickup

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time. If you are running late or need to make an adjustment, please contact Elise’s Bloom Studio as soon as possible.

Orders are prepared according to the agreed pickup schedule, so timely pickup is appreciated to help maintain the quality and condition of your arrangement.

Delivery

Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location.

Delivery fees typically range from $10–$15 but may vary depending on distance and location.

Someone must be available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.

Elise’s Bloom Studio is not responsible for delays or changes caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Custom Designs

Each Elise’s Bloom Studio arrangement is handmade and unique.

Inspiration photos are welcomed and may be used as a guide; however, exact recreations cannot always be guaranteed.

Final arrangements may vary slightly depending on:

  • Flower availability

  • Seasonal availability

  • Wrapping materials

  • Decorative elements

  • Color variations

  • Individual flower size and shape

These natural and creative variations are part of what makes every arrangement one of a kind.

Artificial Flower Care

Artificial bouquets are designed to be long-lasting keepsakes.

To preserve their appearance:

  • Keep arrangements indoors.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

  • Keep away from excessive moisture and humidity.

  • Handle carefully during transportation and display.

  • Lightly dust as needed using a soft, dry cloth or similar gentle method.

Proper care will help your artificial arrangement remain beautiful for as long as possible.

Fresh Flower Arrangements

Fresh flowers have a natural lifespan and require proper care to maintain their appearance.

With proper care and suitable environmental conditions, fresh floral arrangements may remain beautiful for approximately 5–10 days. Flower longevity may vary depending on the type of flowers used, temperature, environment, and care after pickup or delivery.

Every fresh floral arrangement includes:

  • Complimentary floral food packet(s)

  • A flower care instruction sheet

To help extend the life of your flowers:

  • Keep flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.

  • Add the complimentary floral food to clean water as directed.

  • Add fresh water daily if your arrangement includes a water source.

  • Change the water every 2–3 days for bouquets placed in a vase.

  • Trim approximately ½ inch from the stems at an angle every 2–3 days before placing them back into fresh water.

  • Remove wilted flowers, petals, or foliage as needed.

  • Keep leaves and foliage from sitting below the water line whenever possible.

  • Avoid placing flowers near ripening fruit, as this may shorten their lifespan.

  • Keep arrangements away from heating vents, appliances, and areas with excessive heat.

Please note that fresh flowers are perishable products. Flower longevity depends heavily on proper care and environmental conditions after pickup or delivery and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

The flower care instructions provided with your arrangement are also available on this website for your convenience.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted on custom orders.

  • Refunds are not available once an order has been completed and picked up or delivered.

  • Non-refundable deposits will not be returned if the customer cancels an order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Elise’s Bloom Studio within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so the concern can be reviewed and we can work toward a reasonable solution when appropriate.

Photos of the arrangement may be requested to help evaluate any reported concerns.

Photography

Elise’s Bloom Studio reserves the right to photograph completed arrangements for marketing, social media, website, and portfolio purposes.

If you prefer that your arrangement not be photographed or shared, please make that request before pickup or delivery.

Communication

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for responses to inquiries and messages, particularly during busy seasons, holidays, and periods of high order volume.

Every customer is important, and your patience is appreciated while each arrangement is created with care.

Policy Acknowledgment

Customers are responsible for reviewing Elise’s Bloom Studio policies before placing an order.

Submitting a deposit or completing payment confirms acceptance of the policies applicable to your order.

For online inquiries, customers may also be asked to confirm that they have reviewed and agree to these policies before submitting their order request.
